About Me

For the last 25 years Troy worked as the Director of Theatre for The Union Theater where he has received four consecutive Tony nominations for Excellence in Theatre Education. He earned his degree in Communication Arts Education from Oral Roberts University. He is also the founder of Comedy 101, a comedy improv troupe that has performed all over the U.S. In the last 25 years he has directed over 130 plays and musicals at Union and in Community Theatre. Troy is a writer penning several short stories, plays, and film scripts such as Bucket List, Our Story, and My Maestro. He is also a working actor performing on stage and on screen in various projects.  Most recently he is  working on publishing his book, “Claire the Bear with the Barely-There Hair”.  He lives in Tulsa Oklahoma with his wife and four children.  

I’m constantly inspired by wonderful people and my beautiful family.  Most of the stories I write have a piece of  them  in it.  I think its becomes more than a story at that point and becomes something special. I truly hope you enjoy what you read and it brings joy and hope to your families.
